Shipping Information:

All orders are shipped from Puerto Rico.
Orders placed before 3:00 PM are processed and shipped daily from Monday to Saturday.
You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order is confirmed. Please check your SPAM folder before contacting us for updates. Note that shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages:

Happily Ever Belle is not responsible for orders lost or damaged during transit.
Ensure your shipping address is correct. If a package is delivered to the address provided at checkout, we are not responsible for it if lost or stolen after delivery.
For packages lost in transit, please contact USPS directly: USPS Claims.

Address Changes:

Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order is fulfilled. We will ship to the address entered at the time of purchase. If the shipping address was entered incorrectly, contact us immediately after placing your order.
