• All orders are shipped from Puerto Rico.
• Orders placed before 3:00 PM are processed and shipped daily from Monday to Saturday.
• You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order is confirmed. Please check your SPAM folder before contacting us for updates. Note that shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages:

• Happily Ever Belle is not responsible for orders lost or damaged during transit.
• Ensure your shipping address is correct. If a package is delivered to the address provided at checkout, we are not responsible for it if lost or stolen after delivery.
• For packages lost in transit, please contact USPS directly: USPS Claims.

Address Changes:

• Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order is fulfilled. We will ship to the address entered at the time of purchase. If the shipping address was entered incorrectly, contact us immediately after placing your order.

Shipping Fees:

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
• Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount.

Please email us at happilyeverbelle@gmail.com with the reason for your return. You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition you received it.
• In its original condition with all tags attached.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately inform you if your return is approved and send an email with the total amount of store credit.

Happily Ever Belle will not accept items if they are received without tags, worn, altered, washed, or damaged. Items on sale cannot be returned or exchanged; all sale items are final. Jewelry, accessories, and swimwear are not eligible for returns.

Return Shipping Costs:

• The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds:

• We do not offer refunds, only store credit.
